Agenda:

The purpose is to vote on several board policies that are new.  Any member wishing to be present and would like to comment on the policies, are reminded that they need to ask for permission from the President, according to the by-laws.

• Policy 24.1 - The board may not spend or donate club funds, in excess of $15,000, to any pickleball project without a club vote.
• Policy 24.2 - If a fundraising event is held during a pickleball event, the group sponsoring such event needs prior approval, from the board, on where the funds are going.
• Policy 24.3 - Any changes to the pickleball club’s playing schedule or court assignments need to have the President’s approval before implementation can take place.

The President will post notification of the meeting date, time, and location a minimum of 48 hours in advance of the meeting. This notice will be posted on the club's website. This notice will also note whether comments/questions will be accepted during the session. Anyone wishing to comment needs to request, of the President, inclusion on the agenda and the subject of presentation at least 24 hours in advance. The presenter should be prepared to present their business, answer any inquiries of the Board, and then be excused. The Board may decline any additions to the agenda.

This meeting is a working meeting which may limit non-Board participation.

The Board reserves the right to enter, or conduct entirely, a “closed” meeting for confidentiality reasons. These sessions shall not be open to members.
