This past week saw a marked increase in the court utilization by all levels! With 130 members active just this past week, we will definitely need to adjust the assigned courts and timeslots to accommodate as many as possible!

Effective Monday, November 3rd we will schedule all available timeslots, which will decrease the number of courts available to be Reserved for Open Booking, Practice or the Ball Machine more than a day in advance.

The biggest changes with this schedule are:

- The 2.0's and 2.5's will share a Combo timeslot
- The 3.0's and 3.5's have TWO timeslots to choose from (thanks to CourtReserve!) each day
- The 4.0's will now play during the new Combo timeslot with the overflow 3.0's and 3.5's
- Wednesday has something for everyone now!
- Reserve Decrease = Open Booking, Practice, Ball Machine and Join Us! will have fewer slots available farther than the evening before play

The shared 2.0/2.5 Combo timeslots will continue as long as we can keep both groups under the 42-player max per timeslot.

The shared 3.0/3.5/4.0 Combo timeslots will be used for the 3.0 and 3.5 Rating Round Robins to allow the Regular timeslots for each group to utilize all 7 courts.

Mens and Womens, as well as Rotational Play have returned to the Wednesday lineup, joining the Paddle Up sessions - This should give every playstyle a chance to play on Wednesdays

The Scheduling Team reviews how many players have registered for the upcoming day's Events and reallocates some of the courts so that players may Reserve to ensure we maximize Court Utilization. This review is generally done around 5pm but may happen sooner or later depending on their availability.

Reminder - with the migration to CourtReserve the maximum number of players per court will be 6 to support the standard 2 On, 2 Off rotation. Therefore 42 is the maximum number of players allowed during each timeslot, this is a decrease from 44 when we used Chelsea.
